Sim heads everywhere… lend me your ears, or your eyes. I have a special little treat for you today. I just recently started playing this great flight game.
It is none other than “IL-2 Sturmovik 1946″. It is an air combat simulation game, and it is probably the best one I have ever played. Not only is it a very realistic sim and it looks awesome; it also gives you the ability to fabricate your own plane skins! You can even take a picture of your face and put it on your little pilot… It’s CRAZY!
So I took some time out of my busy day at home to make my own skin, and when you see it I think you will defiantly like it (especially you Half-Life 2 Fans out there).

Also, if you are interested in playing online with us, you can pick up a copy of this game. It might be a little tough to find it in many stores around here but you can always search it online and have it shipped to your door. What’s better than that?

Valve recently released “the Orange Box”. You might have seen a commercial on TV about it or an ad online. It was packaged with 5 games and one of those games was “Portal”.
Portal is a first person shooter and plays just like any other release from valve in that category. The great thing about Portal is, that instead of running and gunning everything in sight, you must solve the puzzle in every situation. You are a test subject for a company called Aperture. This company apparently creates powerful new weapons and androids, which is what you play as the main character. This game is very compelling and will make you scratch your head a little. It is actually based entirely on the players style and characteristics. I say this because there are actually a lot of different ways to complete this game. It really just depends on how you think the situation through. This first video is just a clip of regular game play and will show you some of the neat situations you get to encounter.
Alright, so now you get the basic principal behind the game. Well, Valve also adds extra bonus maps and challenge modes for your playing pleasure. One of which is to complete the map with the fewest portals. Check this guy out in all of his huge brainy-ness…
So instead of actually having to complete the entire puzzle, he bypasses it all by jumping up to the exit. Truly inspiring…
And once you beat the game, you get this catchy little tune to hum over and over to yourself (trust me, it makes more sense once you beat the game, lol)
